A recent extended weekend getaway from San Diego to Avalon, Catalina - CA & had a pretty good time. I highly suggest staying a couple of nights if you're ever in the area. My best friend and I took an extended Birthday tour here (1st time in 2 Decades) and Yuletide of 2022/2023. And believe me when I say this state has really RAISED THE BAR! From the culture, food, and people I had one of the best US trips in recent years. On one of the titles I put sunset instead of sunrise, my mistake. This was my 1st ever international solo city. It reminded me a lil of Bratislava, Slovakia. The people were proud, kind, and most of all...magical. It's beautiful. Because of the location, it must have a wonderful view. Your video hinted at inviting gardens. I grew up two blocks away. I never set foot on the grounds because I assumed it was private property. I still love the neighjborhood.
